Master Planner

JOB SUMMARY

The Master Planner will be responsible for leading and managing all planning activities for the Siemens program in Virginia, ensuring alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and material availability. This role will support the ramp‑up phase and transition into mass production, playing a critical role in establishing a robust planning strategy and execution framework. The position requires strong expertise in S&OP processes, demand management, and ERP systems, along with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
