**Job Purpose and Impact**
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Master Planner to lead the production planning and inventory management for our edible oil refinery operations in Malaysia. This role is critical in ensuring optimal supply chain performance, balancing demand and supply, and driving operational efficiency across multiple refinery sites.
**Key Accountabilities**
**Master Planning**
+ Develop and maintain master production schedules aligned with demand forecasts, inventory targets, and capacity constraints.
+ Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure end-to-end supply chain alignment.
+ Monitor and analyze plant capacity utilization, identifying bottlenecks and recommending solutions.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes, systems, and KPIs.
