Master Planner: SAP & S&OP Lead for Ramp-Up

Plasticos Castella SA is seeking a Master Planner responsible for leading and managing all planning activities for the Siemens program in Ciudad Juárez. You will ensure alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and material availability, supporting the transition into mass production. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have 3–5 years of relevant experience in production planning and supply chain management. Strong expertise in S&OP processes and ERP systems like SAP is required.
