Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Evaluate and publish the monthly shipment plan by product (POR – President’s Operating Report).
  • Create and maintain the Master Plan for materials and production capacity to meet customer demand and service level goals (PDSL %, RDSL %, LT days average, late backlog targets).
  • Review incoming orders and balance production lines according to the plan.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing to determine forecasts and review plan performance (S&OP).
  • Review and confirm the Master Plan for S&OP.
  • Maintain material orders for product families, including engineering changes.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing on supplier transitions.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels aligned with demand and inventory goals.
  • Review and manage obsolete and excess inventory.
  • Determine if lead times need adjustment based on material availability.
