Master Production Scheduler

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Evaluate and publish the monthly shipment plan by product (POR – President’s Operating Report).
+ Create and maintain the Master Plan for materials and production capacity to meet customer demand and service level goals (PDSL 95%, RDSL 90%, LT 28 days average, late backlog targets).
+ Review incoming orders and balance production lines according to the plan.
+ Work with Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing to determine forecasts and review plan performance (S&OP).
+ Review and confirm the Master Plan for S&OP.
+ Maintain material orders for product families, including engineering changes.
+ Collaborate with Purchasing on supplier transitions.
+ Maintain appropriate inventory levels aligned with demand and inventory goals.
+ Review and manage obsolete and excess inventory.
+ Determine if lead times need adjustment based on material availability.
