Position Overview

The Master Trainer is responsible for creating, delivering, and amplifying compelling product stories across the retail ecosystem. This role focuses on developing impactful training programs, producing rich and social-media-ready content, strengthening channel readiness, and enabling retail partners to become confident product advocates.

Working closely with PR&I, marketing teams, retail partners, and regional stakeholders, the Master Trainer plays a critical role in improving product knowledge, sales confidence, and overall customer experience across markets.

• Number of Retail Pro training sessions delivered
