Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist proficient in Mastercam X7 to program, set up, and operate CNC Milling and Lathe machines equipped with FANUC interface systems. The role involves translating engineering drawings into efficient CNC programs, performing machine setup, and ensuring high-quality, accurate production.

Key Responsibilities

CNC Programming

• Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam X7 for milling and turning operations.
• Generate toolpaths for 2D, 2.5D, and basic 3D machining as required.
• Post-process programs compatible with FANUC control systems.
• Modify and troubleshoot CNC programs directly at the machine when necessary.

Machine Setup & Operation

• Set up CNC Milling and Lathe machines, including tooling, fixtures, and work offsets.
• Perform machine zero setting, tool length offset, and cutter compensation.
