MasterCAM/Solid CAM Programmer

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTIBILITIES

• Writing and optimizing CNC programs to create complex parts and components.
• Skilled in solid cam software CNC programming CAD/CAM software.
• Skilled in CNC programming (G-code/M-code), process design, and CAD/CAM software.
• Generate, modify, and optimize G-code/M-code programs for CNC Auto Lathe and Swiss-type CNC machines.
• Support production team in troubleshooting machining-related issues and provide technical solutions.
• Maintain a library of standard CNC programs and machining parameters for reference.
• Strong understanding of CNC Auto Lathe operations; Swiss-type experience is an added advantage.
• Selecting the appropriate tools, machines, and materials for each job.
• Testing programs and making adjustments to ensure efficiency and quality.
