We're looking for a Matcha Barista / Receptionist who brings warmth, confidence, and care to every guest interaction. This role is the face and flow of our space: part host, part matcha craftsperson.
What you'll do:
Welcome guests with ease, clarity, and genuine warmth
Be knowledgeable about our matcha and green tea selection
Take orders, explain our matcha simply and confidently
Prepare and serve matcha with consistency and attention to detail
Manage the front counter and guest flow smoothly
Handle payments and basic POS operations
Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Maintain a clean, calm, and inviting cafe
Assist with pastry prep, inventory checks, and restocking
