Material Control Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BSEE or other related course
• At least 1 year experience in the same field
• Familiar and knowledgeable in Electrical tools and materials
• Member of the Accredited Professional Organization

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees the materials, tools, and equipment delivery process
• Manages the head office warehouse
• Receives, with an engineer from the Engineering Department, deliveries to the head office warehouse and properly endorses the relevant documents to the Purchasing Department for proper filing
• Coordinates with the Project Managers (PMs) Project-In-Charge (PICs) for the materials required for each project
• Upon receiving materials requests from the project sites, validates the availability of these materials at the head office warehouse and endorse unavailable materials requests to the Purchasing Department
