JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversees the seamless flow of materials for HVAC and elevator and Escalator Division by processing forms and prioritizing requests.
• Collaborate closely with Project Engineers to clarify specific material requirements, addressing issues promptly .
• Monitor and enhance purchasing performance, ensuring timelines and product quality meet standards.
• Utilize tracking systems and databases to observe inventory, track orders, and handle materials requests efficiently.
• Coordinate logistics with various departments to guarantee the timely delivery of materials, fostering collaboration.
• Implement and enforce ethical practices, proactively identifying and resolving materials-related issues through cross-functional teamwork.
• Other instructions by immediate supervisor.
