Responsibilities

• In-charge for generation Purchase Request for materials, consumables, and miscellaneous items for project operation requirement.
• Carry-out material receiving being delivered at site or being picked up from supplier and prepare the Warehouse delivery reports.
• Record and update warehouse report weekly and monthly as per MMD format and forms.
• Coordinate with fellow MMD material control engineers on excess materials available for transfer from one site to another to ensure maximum utilization of materials and minimize the cost.
• Perform periodic warehouse cycle count and physical inventory with material custodian to meet 100% accuracy of stocks/inventory.
