Job Description

Education Attainment: BSIE, BSECE, BSCoE or any related fields of Engineering 
At least 2 yrs experience in Semiconductor Backend Processing specializing in Qualification of Production Materials, New Materials Integration and Cad fit analysis. 
Familiarity with JEDEC and EIA standards for carrier tape, cover tape, and packaging materials. 
Knowledge in MSL (Moisture Sensitivity Level) handling and dry packing procedures
