Material Engineer (Wood Factories - Joinery)

Job Summary

Were looking for a Material Technical Submittals (MTS) Engineer / Coordinator to join our team. In this role, youll handle all material submittals related to wood, joinery, and finishes, ensuring everything is properly prepared, submitted, approved, and aligned with project requirements. Youll work closely with consultants, suppliers, procurement, and factory/site teams to make sure approved materials are used smoothly from production to installation.

What Youll Be Doing

• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify required wood, joinery, finishes, hardware, and accessories
• Prepare and submit Material Technical Submittals (MTS) for consultant and client approval
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal factory teams to collect datasheets, certificates, samples, and mockups
