Material Expediter (Level 1)

**Description:**
You will be the Material Expediter (Level 1) for the Production, Planning and Control organization. Our team is responsible for scheduling and expediting part movement, coordinating inter‑departmental activity, and ensuring timely delivery to support manufacturing.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Material Expediter (Level 1) you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials across the production network.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Schedule and expedite move orders, stock transfers, and shipping requests.
+ Coordinate with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, and contracts administration.
+ Communicate with all production sites and vendor locations, including travel as needed.
+ Provide after‑hours support to meet production schedules.
+ Maintain accurate records of material status and resolve bottlenecks.
