Material Flow Engineer

Design and implement efficient material flow strategies from raw material intake to finished goods shipment.

Develop detailed process flow diagrams, layouts, and standard operating procedures.

Utilize Value Stream Maps (VSM) and Routings to analyze and improve process flows.

Develop and implement part presentation strategies to ensure materials are delivered to workstations in an organized, ergonomic, and efficient manner.

Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Establish lead time and takt time targets for key production processes to align output with customer demand and installed capacity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve throughput.
