Job Description
Our Client, a Business Manufacturing And Supply company, is looking for a Material Handler / Expeditor for their Fairport, NY location. Responsibilities:
+ The Material Handler / Expeditor plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials throughout the manufacturing process. This position is responsible for staging, moving, counting, and coordinating materials to support production schedules, minimize shortages, and maintain accurate inventory records. Acting as the key liaison between planning, warehousing, PSA (Production Supply Area), and the production floor, this role is critical to achieving operational efficiency.
+ Pull, stage, and deliver materials to production lines according to work orders and pick lists.
+ Replenish Production Supply Areas (PSA) using FIFO principles and proper bin management.
+ Return unused or excess materials to stock with appropriate documentation.
+ Move Work-in-Progress (WIP) between...
