Material Planner

Job Summary

Material Planner's role is to ensure material availability of correct quantity and quality at production site (Raw Material, Packaging Material, Process Adis) according to production plan and sales rolling forecast while maintaining optimal cashflow

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure enough materials are available at the Warehouse in order for production to run according to submitted monthly production plan
• Updates the planning team on a regular basis of stock on hand
• Aligns with the buyer on required quantities to be bought and required arrival dates based on S&OP aligned forecast and production plan
• Aligns with Warehouse on the incoming quantities to ensure spaces in the warehouse
• Aligns with QA, Warehouse and Production on testing and consumption of NC stocks
• Monitors external supply constraints and creates mitigation steps accordingly
