Material Planner

• Generated MRP and advise Purchasing on the procurement of raw materials
• Coordinate with respective sections to ensure raw materials on-time schedule
• Monitor and coordinate with production and Store to ensure smooth supply of raw materials
• Update of materials arrival date in the daily sales order listing
• Daily input review to ensure material availability for production
• Review, analyze forecast accuracy, consumption trends and production capacity
• Materials forecast orientation with Purchasing/Supplier base on Sales forecast
• Work closely with Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse to update the forecast and ensure on-time ordering, receipt, delivery of raw materials
• Identify, negotiate, and resolve any conflict with different departments related to material availability, Capacity, and order fulfilment
