Material Planner

Responsibilities:

• Plan, Monitor, Order, & Control the availability of raw materials and sub materials.
• Monitor inventories on-hand including raw material expiry and on time receiving of Raw Materials.
• Timely replenishment of stocks in accordance with the identified inventory level by doing material assessment weekly or as need per new sales order receive.
• Prepare the Material Purchase Request set monthly every 1st week of the month and long-range forecast to supplier (if required). Make PR request weekly for additional orders if needed. PR is subject for approval by the manager.
• Monitor raw material transition from warehouse to production and it's consumption. Consumption should be according to standard requirement to avoid shortages.
• Conduct actual checking of the material stock level at warehouse for needed confirmations to avoid stock out. Ensure that inventory quantity use is accurate.
