Job Description
- Prepare a consolidated schedule of detailed budget according to latest variation orders, contract specifications, addenda, plans & details, reports and any relevant documents for the execution of all projects.
- Identify inconsistencies, raise queries and corrections to Contract Administration; summarize and inform management of inconsistencies found.
- Provide supplementary reports on actual quantities of materials delivered and utilized in project sites. This should include materials and other items that may or may not be in the original bill of materials / land development quantity schedule. The same report should be made on excess materials not utilized on site.
- Request orders from suppliers of materials, labor and/or equipment that's included or not included in the standard items list but necessary to the execution of projects. Validates purchase requests of engineering or other depts in relation to execution of projects.
