Material Planner

Job Description:

• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of packaging materials
• Conduct system test runs to identify materials that may be lacking based on sales forecast
• Prepare Purchase Request Form (PRF) for materials that are needed to fulfill production requirements
• Update the weekly inventory report with information on pending Purchase Orders (PO) and PRF for raw materials and packaging
• Monitor the re-evaluation and expiry dates of raw and packaging materials

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Business Administration or Business related course
• 1 year and above of experience
• With strong personality and good leadership skills
• Excellent attention to detail to accurately encode and record materials and inventory data.
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
