Material Planner/ Scheduler

Responsible for scheduling and managing customer shipments, monitoring production and controlling the procurement of raw material. Ensures raw materials are maintained at optimal levels to cover manufacturing while achieving inventory targets. Ensures manufacturing maintains a smooth production plan with a steady flow of materials. Interact and manage relationships with trading partners. Process supplier forecasts to ensure alignment with production planning and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer weekly and daily ship requirements and window times; communicate with production and shipping departments. Proactively react to changes.
• Track raw material replenishment to ensure production coverage.
• Utilize reports to support daily and weekly operations.
