Broad Function:
Planning materials for individual projects so as to support manufacturing and project dept in meeting committed delivery schedule of equipment / goods to customer.
Ensuring that there are sufficient materials available in store to support production so that manufacturing processes will not be delayed or affected.
Principal Responsibilities:
Manage MRP to plan and control materials
Materials planning for individual projects upon receipt of Work Order.
Generate material purchase requisition to respective buyer upon receipt of Work Order
Follow up delivery schedule of Incoming materials and overdue materials
Liaise with store to issue Internal Kit to Manufacturing and buyer to issue External Kit to Supplier
