Material Planner

Material Planner Location: Toluca, Estado de Mexico As a Material Planner you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the procurement of raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods while keeping the KPIs of the area under control. You will lead the raw material forecasting process for the North American production sites, communicate forward‑looking forecasts to suppliers, and execute timely follow‑ups to ensure reliable, on‑time, in‑full material supply. Your Key Responsibilities Creation of Purchase Orders to fulfill demand requirements for procured materials, considering the demand and stock level Monitor purchase requisitions with release date in the past (weekly) Analyze and take action to solve raw material crisis alerts (daily) Keep planning parameters up to date (ad hoc) Follow‑up on delivery date confirmations with external suppliers and act on missing confirmations (daily) Monitor purchase orders with delivery date in the past to take action if needed ...
