Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara North, Campus.
Reporting to the Materials Manager, this role will be responsible for maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers and maintain outsources parts schedules.
What a typical day looks like:
Opening of WOs according to revisions and ECOS implemented.
Generate Shortage Report.
Review shortage report with buyers and present a summary to the client.
Demand analysis and upload.
Analyze, request, and record approvals for MOQ and PPV excesses (PFAs – expediting fees).
Control of Do Not Buy list.
Analyze and apply Engineering Changes.
