Material Preparation Operator

Your tasks
Prepare reels, tray and other component for SMT machine
Check and verify material against picking list and production order.
Handle moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs)
Bake, seal and store components as per material handling guidelines.
Report material shortage and damage immediately to team leader.
Retrieve unused materials after production and return to storage following FIFO
Maintain 5S cleanliness.
Your Qualifications
Education SPM or technical certificate or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in SMT or electronic manufacturing environment.
Familiar with SMT material such as resistor, capacitor, ICs and etc.
Familiar with feeder types.
