Material Preparation Operator

Your tasks

• Prepare reels, tray and other component for SMT machine
• Check and verify material against picking list and production order.
• Handle moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs)
• Bake, seal and store components as per material handling guidelines.
• Report material shortage and damage immediately to team leader.
• Retrieve unused materials after production and return to storage following FIFO
• Maintain 5S cleanliness.

Your Qualifications

• Education SPM or technical certificate or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in SMT or electronic manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with SMT material such as resistor, capacitor, ICs and etc.
• Familiar with feeder types.
