Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies to optimize material availability and minimize costs.
2. Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure seamless material flow and address any supply disruptions.
3. Monitor inventory levels and analyze demand trends to forecast future material requirements.

Job Scope:

1. Weekly Production Plans

✓Receive Production Plans submitted by the Engineer before 5PM every Thursday;

✓Prepare all drawings and schedules according to the Rebar Cut C Bend Teams.

2. Rebar Cut and Bend Report

✓Update attendance accordingly by each workers;

✓Rebar Cut C Bend Report must be submitted to the HR Department on or before the 18th of each month

3. Material Scrap

✓Verify reasons and photos for material scrap;

✓Update Material Scrap Form in the WhatsApp group once approved by the HOD;
