Job Description

 Material,Corrosion & Painting Process Specialist works on Front End EngineeringDesign (FEED) and Engineering Procurement Construction and Commissioning (EPCC)Projects (mainly in oil & gas, petrochemicals, fertilizer processingindustries and powers plants).
 He/She has to follow safety and cost-effectivenesscriteria, Contractual requirements, International Codes and Standards.
  Key Activities &Responsibilities :
 reviewof contractual documentations;
 MATERIALSELECTION including:
 corrosionrate evaluation or calculation as per literature data and / or corrosionsoftware
 selectionof proper material grade (i.e. low alloy, CRA, etc.) along with corrosionallowance
 definitionof requirements (chemical composition restriction, heat treatment conditionsand/or corrosion testing, installation of insulation kit, etc.) for specificcorrosive fluids (i.e. sour service HIC/SSC, high temperature hydrogen attack, amine,etc.)
