Airbus Helicopters Mexicana is seeking a dedicated Material Support Services Representative to oversee the availability of material, spares, and logistics at Santa Lucia Air Base, State of Mexico. The role serves as the central focal point for proactive management, surveillance, and coordination with the Material Support Center (MSC), ensuring the highest level of service for the customer.

Responsibilities

• Material Management and Surveillance – Maintain a pending items list per aircraft, identify status of pending items, and anticipate materials needed for scheduled maintenance or deployments.
• Logistics, Reception, and Warehouse Management – Liaise with the customer, ADS, and subsidiaries to ensure timely delivery of serviceable items, support reception and acceptance of shipped hardware, and operate IT systems to facilitate ordering, delivery, reception, storage, and hand‑over.
