Job Description

Summary of the Position:

You will be responsible for carrying out rubber compound testing projects with moderate complexity or working on complex projects in cooperation with more experienced personnel both in the lab and the departments of our tire development partners or transferring/implementing new tests from other labs. You will seek solutions to technical problems, conducts work on assigned tasks, and exhibits an early career level of knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will interpret testing technical gap by communicating with global peers and development partners. You will transfer/implement new tests and aligns the testing method with global labs. You will be responsible for driving solutions to technical problems using standard methods of analysis.
