Materials controller

A Tissue manufacturing company in Kempton Park is looking for a Materials Controller with 3 - 5 years of experience within paper/tissue or FMCG industry. Supervise and handle the stacking of all raw materials in as far as safety and FIFO (first in first out) are concerned. Process all wadding materials related transactions on the system. Supervise and handle the process of material transfers to the machines and finished goods transfers to the storage area. Ensure correctness of transactions in WMS as well as in SYSPRO. Ensure that the machine operational staff record material flow correctly from/to the different warehouses and bin locations. Reconcile physical and system stock daily. Prepare for and execute stock counts. Ensure high standards of housekeeping at all times. Ensure all rejected raw materials have correctly completed NCR’s daily.
