Job Description

The Job:
The Materials Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining the efficient and uninterrupted flow of materials throughout the manufacturing facility. This position acts as a crucial link between procurement, warehousing, and production, ensuring that all materials are available when needed to support on-time manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule daily deliveries to ensure all steel, fittings, components, and associated materials arrive as required.
Work closely with the yard team to ensure materials are moved from external storage into the factory in line with production needs.
Liaise with the Purchasing Manager to track incoming orders, monitor supplier delivery timelines, and escalate any risks such as shortages or delays.
Provide regular updates on material availability to production planning.
Ensure the correct materials—steel sections, plates, fixings, cladding, doors, window...
