Qualifications: 
must be a licensed Civil Engineer 
preferably with ME2 certification 
must be a certified ME1 with work experience in DPWH projects 
organized and detail oriented 
willing to visit site locations in the region 
willing to be assigned/relocated to Region 10, 11, or 13 office
