Materials Engineer

Role Description

A Materials Engineer researches, develops, and tests materials used in manufacturing and production to ensure they meet required specifications for strength, durability, and performance. They work with metals, polymers, ceramics, composites, and other materials to optimize product design and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and test new materials for products or manufacturing processes.
• Analyze material properties (mechanical, chemical, thermal) and performance.
• Solve material-related problems in production or product performance.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to select appropriate materials.
