Materials Engineer

Job Description:

The Materials Engineer is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality compliance of construction materials used in the project. He/she reviews material specifications, evaluates test results, and ensures that all materials meet project requirements, standards, and applicable codes.

• Review, assess, and approve construction materials based on project specifications.
• Conduct material testing for concrete, steel, aggregates, asphalt, and other structural materials.
• Coordinate with accredited third-party laboratories for testing and certification.
• Inspect delivered materials to ensure quality, compliance, and suitability for use.
• Prepare material submittals, test reports, and certifications.
