Summary About the position: This position is located at the RAF Croughton Central Warehouse. Moderate physical effort lifting and carrying supplies, materials, and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds. Heavier items are moved with equipment or the assistance of workers. Required to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods of time. Bends, stoops, and works in tiring and uncomfortable positions. This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use. Responsibilities Assist with the off-loading of shipments using a variety of powered and non-powered equipment. Receives, counts, and checks incoming shipments to ensure vendor has delivered the type and quantity of items ordered. Records quantity received and expiration date of items purchased on appropriate documents. Based on knowledge of warehousing plan, selects appropriate storage location.
