Overview

The position is based in Fort McMurray and supports a major turnaround project with rotational schedules. It focuses on coordination, logistics, and efficiency for material handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to support turnaround execution
• Track material inventory levels and ensure availability for critical path activities
• Interface with procurement, vendors, and field teams to align material deliveries
• Verify materials against purchase orders, specifications, and packing lists
• Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking systems
• Coordinate staging, laydown areas, and material logistics on site
