Supervises 3PL and ensures that 3PL adheres to the agreements and SLA in the contract which includes but not limited to Goods receiving, transfer, issuance and return.The role is responsible for the supervision of the bulk device operations of traded items, ensuring that 3PL warehouse partner, Vendor, and/or Accredited Service Center partners adhere to the agreement and SLA in the contract, which includes, but is not limited to, the following :
Oversees the 3PL warehouse operations, ensuring on-time processing and system posting of incoming and outgoing inventories, job orders, and material requests, and value-added services are promptly and correctly executed.
Handles and finds solutions for logistics disruptions, shipping delays, and inventory issues, aging, and provision.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
