Materials Management Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

-Manage procurement, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies

-Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock

-Coordinate with purchasing, production, warehouse, and logistics teams

-Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems

-Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory counts

-Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of materials

-Track material usage and prepare inventory and consumption reports

-Identify opportunities to reduce material costs and waste

-Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements

-Resolve discrepancies related to inventory, deliveries, and documentation
