You are a hands-on operations leader who understands that production excellence starts with supply continuity and precision planning. As Materials Manager, you will oversee materials management, scheduling accuracy, and inventory performance for the Montreal plant and outsourced manufacturing partners. You will ensure metal supply continuity while strengthening the systems, processes, and partnerships that support efficient production and delivery.

This role is critical to maintaining operational flow, minimizing disruption, and driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing ecosystem.
