Materials Quote Specialist

Responsibilities

• Exercise and implement sourcing strategies and activities for the assigned commodity
• Provide competitive cost for the new RFQ from Business Team
• Ensure on time quote submission to Business Team
• Support NPI RFQ activities
• Manage supplier contracts, price confirmation and system updates
• Monitor & track RFQ progress and closure
• Resolve price discrepancy for supplier contract price

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an EMS or Manufacturing environment
• Diploma / Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Electronics components
• Demonstrate expertise in negotiation, implementation and maintenance of supplier contracts
• Effective interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
