**Key responsibilities include :**

**Take overall ownership of material ordering and availability across both local and overseas suppliers**

**Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of material shortages/overages, and implement corrective actions**

**Manage Phase In/Phase Out to minimize both fulfillment risks and obsolete materials**

**Resolve material issues, including expediting or obsolescence processing**

**Proactively adjust forecasting and replenishment strategies to optimize inventory levels**

**Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of material flow, and cost reduction**
