Materials Supervisor at ENI Ghana Exploration & Production Limited

Job Purpose

• To supervise all material management operations assuring safe and efficient material handling and storage, effective inbound and outbound operations according to the prescribed procedures and the accuracy of stock levels reports.

• Always oriented in proposals for stock optimization, supervision of material lifting operations

Responsibilities

The material supervisor shall be responsible for the following:

• As focal point supervising of all warehouse personnel

• Focal point supervising material coding according to companu guidelines

• Finalizing warehouse inventory

• Focal point in supervising material and equipment handling and shipment

• Issuing of spare part/materials according to the relevant documents and procedures

• Ensuring custom clearance for normal and urgent freight

• Reporting to Accra Logistics Office and Headquarters
