Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the Material Supervisor is responsible to oversee material planning, inventory control, supplier coordination, and cross‑functional communication in a fast‑paced food‑grade manufacturing environment. The role supervises team members and supports NPI activities, materials scheduling, analytics, and production flow.
What a typical day looks like:
Ensure timely ordering and availability of materials while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Develop material schedules and coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Warehouse.
Create reports, trend charts, dashboards, Gantt charts, and PowerPoint presentations.
