Matron - Community Midwifery

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Womens Service at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust as an Community Midwifery Matron. This is a key leadership role within our maternity services, with responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of community midwifery. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting and advancing the public health agenda, working collaboratively across organisational and system-wide partnerships to improve outcomes for women, birthing people and families. We are seeking an experienced, motivated and forward-thinking midwife who is keen to progress their career within a senior leadership role. As a valued member of the senior midwifery team within the Womens CSU, you will contribute to service development, quality improvement, and the delivery of safe, effective, and inclusive maternity care.
