Maua Customer Development Representative – Mars Snacking Nairobi, Kenya
As a Maua Customer Development Representative at Mars Wrigley Kenya, you will play a vital role in empowering underprivileged youth by recruiting and training micro-entrepreneurs in hard-to-reach communities. You will coordinate the development of social, human, and financial capital within a diverse ecosystem of stakeholders, advocate Mars' Five Principles, and support the growth of entrepreneurial activities that drive sustainable livelihoods.

What are we looking for?

• Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 5 years' experience managing livelihood improvement projects within the private sector or non-governmental organizations, with a passion for economic growth and improving quality of life for underserved populations.
