Maxima Botany Bay - Store Manager

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

• Ensure store operations run smoothly to create seamless and memorable customer experiences.
• Build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring, and feedback.
• Engage and motivate the team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values.
• Work a Tuesday‑Saturday rotation.

Success in this role

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a large format retail environment.
