Develop and maintain functional safety management plans and processes for automotive E/E systems. 
Lead Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessments (HARA) to identify safety goals and ASILs. 
Define and develop Functional Safety Concepts (FSC) and Technical Safety Concepts (TSC). 
Derive and allocate functional and technical safety requirements to system and software architectures. 
Perform safety analyses such as FMEA, FTA, and FMEDA at various levels of abstraction.
